Refund Policy

Digital Product Notice: Partner Portal sells digital products (Flight Itinerary PDFs) that are delivered instantly upon payment. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Nature of the Product
Partner Portal is an automated Travel Itinerary Generator platform. When you complete a purchase, our system immediately generates your Flight Itinerary PDF and makes it available for download. Because the product is a digital file delivered electronically and instantly, all sales are generally considered final.
2. General Policy
Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our product, we do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect travel details submitted by the user
- The document not being accepted by any third party for any purpose
- Personal circumstances or travel plan changes
- The user no longer requiring the itinerary after it has been generated
3. Eligible Refund Circumstances
We will consider a refund request only in the following verified circumstances:
- Technical failure: Our system failed to generate and deliver your document after a successful payment, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error on our end.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation qualifies under the eligible circumstances above, contact us within 48 hours of your purchase:

- Include your order ID and email address used at checkout
- Describe the issue in detail
- Attach any relevant screenshots if applicable
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
5. User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that all travel details you enter into the generator are accurate before submitting. Errors resulting from incorrect user-submitted information (names, dates, routes) are not eligible for refunds. Please review all details carefully before completing payment.
6. Subscription Plans
For users on monthly subscription plans, unused credits do not carry over and are non-refundable at the end of a billing cycle. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback for a successfully delivered digital product may result in suspension of your account. We retain the right to dispute chargebacks with documented evidence of successful product delivery.
