4. Service Description

Partner Portal is an automated software platform — a Travel Itinerary Generator. When you submit your travel details and complete payment, our system automatically generates a Flight Itinerary PDF (also referred to as a Temporary Flight Reservation Document).

The generated document:

• Is produced automatically by software based on user-provided input
• Is a temporary travel itinerary for planning purposes
• Is not a confirmed airline booking or a real airline ticket
• Is not affiliated with or issued by any airline or aviation authority
• Does not guarantee travel on any specified route or date

We do not provide travel agency services, immigration advisory, visa consultancy, or any form of manual document processing. This Platform is a digital software tool only.

5. Payment Terms

When you purchase our services:

• All fees are due at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our service and the use of this service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Partner Portal, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service or any generated document.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
